Dear everyone at Kapawi who made our experience
there truly memorable. What an experience we had! You
exceeded our expectations on all accounts..........accommodations,
meals, guides, activities. A special thanks goes to Andres
and Shakay, two incredible guys whose knowledge and
eagerness to share that knowledge will always be appreciated. We
learned so much from the two of you. Thank you all very
much,
Joe G.
Hi, I´ve just left Kapawi eco-lodge but
I never got to fill out the input´comments form. I had
a great time. I think what you are trying to do is a great idea and
will hopefully allow the Achuars to become part of modern
society without losing their heritage and culture as many other
indigenous tribes have. The meeting with the family members at
the village was fascinating and good fun too, despite the chicha!!.

Just a quick note to let you know my family
and I had a fantastic trip to Kapawi over Christmas week. The
staff and guides as well as the meals and accommodation were
wonderful and we were treated very well. The logistics to operate
in that remote an area must be very difficult but your administrative
staff pulls it off making changes with the weather and airplanes
as painless as possible. My kids ages start at 5 years old, with
a 13 and 14 year old and a 21 and 22 year old so to keep that
wide a range in age totally in awe the whole time is quite an
accomplishment so very impressed with the whole operation.
Thanks,
Rick
