I have been home less than one week and already I am missing the
forest. My stay at Amazonat was everything I had dreamed of and
then some more. Miles from "civilisation" and close to
the forest yet pampered by the staff and made to feel one of the
Amazonat family. Too many staff were helpful to name them individually,
but my guides for the week, Anthony and Ricardo deserve special
thanks. My 925 photos are gradually being sorted ( not all from
Amazonat - I also visited Iguassu ). A selection should soon appear
on my website, including a photo of the rare pink dolphin !::My
clothes are finally dry again but now I miss the unmistakable aroma
of the forest. How can anyone prefer a beach holiday when the forest
and rivers are so beautiful and fascinating ?:: Thanks to everyone
who helped make my holiday so perfect.
