La Vispera With the years "La Víspera" has grown to become an Organic Farm with hundreds of indigenous trees, flower gardens and terraces. In our gardens we grow a grand variety of vegetables and aromatic herbs; in our Herb shop we process them into medicinal mixtures, delicious teas and seasoning herbs.
