This place is amazing! If you are looking
for a relaxing tropical experience that has a positive environmental
impact, you have to stay at LovaLavaLand. You can choose between
funky rehab-ed VW bus or cushy yurt accomodations. The owners have
really thought of everything: solar power, composting (but clean)
toilets, native plants, friendly atmosphere and people. Best of all,
at LovaLavaLand you really feel the magic and beauty of Hawaii. We
stayed for several nights and left feeling refreshed and rejuvinated.
We walked to an amazing beach and lagoon which were almost completely
deserted. It's a relaxing adventure!! Oh, and take a look at the
price. Can't beat it.

Unique way to enjoy the big island...in between
kona and volcano national park, as well as many less visited gems,
makes this a great place to hang out at. Different than anywhere
else you will stay!

A unique, off the grid vw bus-camping experience. very affordable,
esp w/ longer stays. composting toilets, water catchment system,
solar power. simple accomodations, not for the luxury minded. A
great spot if you're looking for something different!
