The Wilderness Lodge was all that we expected
and more. The reason! A fantastic natural setting plus some people
who really
know what hospitality means. Tino's cooking surpasses everything
- a million times better than Silky Oaks! And Belinda looked after
our every need and anticipating everything. But above all what
a fantastic couple, we felt at home immediately. The sailing was
great, the snorkeling amazing, and just such a shame about that
bossy skipper. Ian we love you!! And it was good to see your brain
changing gears for the crosswords on the way home. All I'm saying
is esoteric and how come Tino knew what exegesis meant!! Seriously
guys the best part of our trip to OZ. Many thanks for a really
wonderful time.

Spoiled in an unspoiled wilderness.
The Wilderness Lodge has been designed as an ideal vacation and
has taken the gold in my book. My expectations have been greatly
surpassed, the bar has been raised and our honeymoon has been one
to be envied. There is a balance between luxury and adventure.
The concept of the lodge has been well designed and executed with
such an attention to detail and adherence to the concept, it was
quite natural to learn the founder was trained in architecture.
An example of what can be in the world of traveling instead of
the eco-embarrasment that many "Environmentally friendly" destinations
tend to be. Thank you David, Jodi, Brent,Ian and Edgar for making
your honeymoon so memorable.

It isn't only the fact that the view
is perfect, the scenery is magnificent, the cabins are comfortable,
the peace is total, the food delicious, imaginative and beautifully
served, every need flawlessly anticipated that makes this a wonderful
holiday. What makes it special is the people from our first touchdown
at the helipad, it felt like home. Jodi and Brent to welcome us
and for the next five days so kindly and graciously providing food,
delightful surroundings and lots of information about what we were
seeing. There were so many little touches provided seemingly without
effort and with great care - the bowls of flowers, shells and driftwood
so beautifully arranged, the unobtrusive and efficient way the
cabins are serviced, the warm hospitality over dinner. Also - skipper
Ian - fabulous company and expertise. No question too difficult,
answered with great humour. Thank you for a wonderful time.
