The tree house accommodations were fantastic. Falling
asleep and waking immersed in the sounds of the jungle with the
ocean surf crashing in the distance is simply amazing. We felt
like we were staying with friends, lounging around the common deck
was great and we always felt welcome and comfortable. We had dinner
each night with the owners and other guests. Our hostess’ cooking
was impressive, I couldn’t get enough.
BVSC is off of the beaten path, nature-conscience, rustic and comfortable.
If you enjoy the outdoors and don’t need TV or AC during
your stay, this is the place for you.

Just returned from a week at BVSC. We liked it so much we
extended our stay. Views were breathtaking. Monkeys and parrots
in the trees right next to our treehouse. The owners were extremely
accommodating and helpful. They make you feel like family. The
food was excellent. Our little 4-wheel drive vehicle rented in
Managua worked out perfectly allowing us the freedom to tour
the area. The beach is a short walk. Best value and "Nica" experience
for the money!
