Beachcomber Cabins in Tobago

We now have a machine to make BBQ briquettes from recycled paper and cardboard, encouraging our guests to help make them if they wish.

We have obtained a professional solar oven and cooked our first meal with just sunlight today. This is something we shall be encouraging guests to try, a novel and fun way to cook using renewable energy. Below is a picture of the new solar oven.
