Came here just by mistake and fall in love in this wonderful place.
The view, the food and the atmosphere are notorious, as counting
the days for coming back.

Our first trip to the Caribbean and what a wonderful experience.
Ton and the team made us feel like family and took such good
care of us that we hate to leave. The Old Fort feels only a few
short days after coming here that it is home from home. Great
views, great food but most of all, great people. I can’t
wait to come back.

From St. Thomas, Barbados. A truly wonderful stay … a very
special treat for my Mum & Dads’ 80th year & 50th
wedding anniversary. The nicest place we’ve ever stayed,
stunning views, remarkable weather. Lovely walk to Ravine Bay…. & much
more. Thank you, your wife and staff at The Old Fort for going
out of your way to make our short stay with you such a wonderful
one. Short in length, but it will be remembered for ever. Your
personal touch - all of the help with getting mum’s suitcase,
the special birthday cake, your magic show, organising the rental
car, supplying me with an explorer’s map of walks, the welcome
smiles and always being there.

The best holiday we have ever had and our first time to Bequia.
The most comfortable place, wonderful staff, perfect weather and
a wonderful 80th Birthday dinner, full of surprises. This is our
26th visit to the Caribbean and by far the best which says it all.
Old age and health permitting - we will be back. Ten out of ten!

Enchanting! We have lived a fantasy here at the Old Fort. The service,
the beautiful upper room, the building, the garden, the views,
all were excellent. It’s like living in a recreation of
the past. Our warmest thanks to Ton, Rosemary, Lisa, Sarah, Michelle,
and the others we do not know by name.
With a car at our disposal we have visited lots of other places
around the island and have always returned here knowing we’ve
got the very best spot. You have all made us feel so at home. We
will miss not only the place, but you people. Thanks for such happy
memories.

My daughters Julia, Vivian & I have had a wonderful week here,
both at Old Fort and on this exotic island. Old Fort is a beautiful
setting and we enjoyed as much as its scenic background, the very
engaging hospitality of our hosts who were always helpful as well
as unfailingly interesting. Almost needless to say, we also loved
the island of Bequia & its extraordinary beaches. Thank you
for an exceedingly enjoyable vacation.

Our stay at Old Fort was wonderful. Thanks to Ton + staff for the
warm welcome and friendly service. The quiet breezes were a welcome
respite from the busy Easter Regatta. Our anniversary dinner
was extra special with our own private magic show from McTon.

What a perfect place! I didn’t know its what I wanted for
life, until I had to leave. The magic show was spectacular. This
is somewhere where I will recommend only to people who will love
