| My stay at Maho was, without a doubt, the BEST vacation I've
ever taken! I did not want to leave - I stayed four nights in May
and it wasn't nearly enough. Falling asleep at night to the sounds
of the surf and forest was wonderful. Every day I went snorkeling
and hiking. And spent my evenings at the glass studio where I was
enthralled watching glass blowers create beautiful art. Like I
said, I really did not want to leave and am already trying to figure
out how soon I can return.

“I just got home from Maho yesterday where my best friend
and I had the greatest time. The weather was perfect and the small,
quiet beach is great for tanning and snorkeling.”

“I used to go to Maho every winter vacation, but as I grew
older I ventured to different places. I have yet to find a single
place as interesting or comfortable as Maho. The people there are
friendly and the atmosphere is very enjoyable.”

“There is no place like Maho. We love the sights and sounds,
of being so much a part of nature, living the conservation principles,
and drifting off to sleep surrounded by the sounds of nature.”

“We stayed at Maho Jan 8-15 2005. This was our second visit
and re-confirmed our love of the spot. Funny how the mind works
- I had forgotten about the cold (tepid)-water showers. There was
a lot of gasping on my part but by the end of the week they were
starting to feel pretty good. Even though there is plenty to do
on foot we recommend renting a car for a day or two. There are
many wonderful beaches to visit and having one's own transportation
makes them easy to reach.. We love the entire philosophy of the
eco resort and hope to support it for years to come.

My husband and I are diehard Maho Bay fans. We've been going since
1994 and have fallen in love with this special corner of the world.
We agree with everyone about the "back to nature" experience:
snorkeling the crystal blue water, hiking the National Park trails,
watching exquisite sunsets and rainbows, sailing, and just lazing
on the beach.
